Stopped by this location on my way to the office at 6:45 a.m. and ordered a mixed dozen. I specifically asked for a lemon-filled and a cherry-filled donut to be included in the box. Unfortunately, they got the order completely wrong. The donuts were cold, the box didn't contain a single general glazed donut, and they forgot the filled options entirely. To add to that, I noticed that ordering online hits you with extra fees and taxes that bring the price up, whereas ordering at the counter is a flat $14.95. I drive past this location twice a day and am responsible for providing morning donuts for meetings twice a month. This was my first visit, and sadly, it will be my last. My coworkers told me I should have gone to CC's Donuts instead for hot, fresh donuts and kolaches. This mistake didn't just ruin breakfast— and will cost me valuable time out of the workday now having to go to another location. Disappointed. Do better.

Stopped in this morning to grab a 1/2 dozen for my granddaughters 4th birthday breakfast treat. The sweet lady at the counter was awesome and pleasant to interact with. Donuts, fritter and cinnamon roll were all a big hit. Recommend Shipley’s Do-nuts as a great place for a fresh sweet treat.

At the hospital awaiting the arrival of a new grandchild. And., wanting a good coffee and a doughnut. Do not stop here to get either one of those The People were nice, but they have to be nice because they know they’re serving horrible food and rotten coffee

RUDE & DISAPPOINTED BEYOND COMPARE!! I pre ordered the Valentine Donuts to pick up the evening prior to my daughter's 10th Bday. Pre ordered at 0700 in the morning to pickup at 6PM. I go to pick them up and the Little Old Lady (Asian, Filipino) asks me what I needed. I politely told her I was picking up an order and gave her my name. She straight up tells me "Why you order so late, hopefully I have enough because I have to give you what's left". Me completely confused, explain that I pre-ordered and she just looks at me. I say, first of all you definitely dont need to be rude and say that to me when I did not just order the donuts. She says we'll its all I have I then tell her that I placed the order through the Shipley website and there should have been sufficient amount of donuts to cover my order. These are the donuts I ended up with and now have to figure something g out because they look nothing like what they should. Shipley do better and dont hire old ladies who are.going to be in pajamas at work with an attitude 😤

Horrible. The cashier lady was rude; there’s a ton of grounds in my coffee at 7:30AM. She kept getting the kolache/breakfast sandwich order wrong- so when she would repeat the wrong thing I attempted to correct her, then my partner attempted to also communicate she had the wrong item after I walked away to put cream into the coffee. We *hoped* she knew better than us and pulled the correct item from what the labels on the drawers said - but no. In the shop my partner took a bite and it was the wrong thing. However, when I voiced it out loud and made eye contact with the lady, was ignored. - I will say that there were other customers, but after spending $25+ on food and 1 coffee, it’s rude. When I ate my Kolache in the car, there was no cheese or jalapeño, just sausage. The cake donut was overcooked and greasy (which I do like a little more crunch , but I don’t think this was done on purpose). My other donut tasted like it was from the day prior, but the icing was fresh - not a typical Shipleys recipe (I worked at a Shipleys throughout High School and spent many mornings helping the bakers). I’m bummed and miffed enough I’d like to go back and return the other half dozen and untouch
